The situation

A mining operation had to keep compliance records current for every vendor on site. The process ran on paper and email. Vendors sent documents in whatever form they had, and the compliance team checked each one by hand, chased expiries, and tracked it all in spreadsheets. Vendors couldn't see what was missing until someone told them.

What we did

We turned it into a self-serve journey. Vendors see exactly which documents they need, upload them directly, and get reminded before anything expires. The compliance team works from one view instead of an inbox, with every vendor's status visible at a glance.
